Terms of service

These terms govern purchases made at unica.love and in the UNICA store at 9 Merab Kostava St, 0108 Tbilisi, Georgia. Ordering from us means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.

1. Who we are

Seller: IA Yana Vinzer, trading as UNICA — an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia, ID 145951985.
Registered address: R. Gabashvili, II dead end, 8, apt 2203, Tbilisi, Georgia.
Store: 9 Merab Kostava St, 0108 Tbilisi, Georgia. Open daily 12:00–22:00.

2. Products

We make small-batch fragrance and scented goods: perfume, sprays, diffusers, candles, sachets, soap, bath bombs, body oil and scrub, and sets. Formulas are not re-issued — when a batch ends, the next is made the same way or not at all. This means a product you bought may not be available again; that is by design, not an error.

Colour and finish may vary slightly between batches. Hand-poured goods do that.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in Georgian lari (₾) and range from ₾12 to ₾230. The price at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is by card (TBC / Flitt). We do not store your card details — payment is processed by the payment provider.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order if an item has sold out — small batches end — in which case anything already paid is refunded in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out on the Delivery & Shipping page. We deliver in Tbilisi and across Georgia; international shipping is arranged individually — write to us first.

6. Returns

All sales are final. Perfumery, body-care and bath products are personal-hygiene goods and cannot be returned or exchanged. The exception is entirely ours: items that arrive damaged or differ from what was ordered are replaced or refunded at our cost — report them with a photo on the day of delivery. 7. Liability

We are liable for the products we make and sell as required by the law of Georgia. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or for misuse of products — candles left burning unattended, perfume in eyes, the usual. Read the card that comes in the box.

8. Intellectual property

Product names, numbering, texts, photography and the UNICA name belong to us. Our formulas are unpublished trade know-how.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes we cannot settle by talking — and we do try talking first — are resolved in the courts of Georgia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to it.
