Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to sell you a bottle and get it to your door. This policy says exactly what that minimum is. It is written under the framework of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection (No. 3144, 2023).
1. Who processes your data

2. What we collect and why
When you place an order: name, email, phone number, delivery address. We need these to confirm the order, take payment, and deliver. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
When you subscribe to the mailing list: email address. We use it to send one email when a new edition is blended — never more than monthly. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw with the unsubscribe link in any email.
When you write to us (contact form, Telegram, Instagram): whatever you send us, used only to answer you.
We do not collect data we do not need. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
3. Payment data
Card payments are processed by the payment provider (TBC / Flitt). Your card number never reaches us and we never store it.
4. Who else sees your data
Only the services required to fulfil an order: the payment provider, the delivery courier (name, phone, address — nothing else), and a third-party email delivery service for the mailing list. Each receives only what its job requires.
5. How long we keep it
Order data: for as long as Georgian accounting and tax rules require. Mailing-list emails: until you unsubscribe. Correspondence: until the matter is closed, then for as long as we need it to answer follow-up questions.
6. Cookies and analytics
At present the site sets only the cookies required for the cart and checkout to function.
On connecting GTM, GA4 or Meta Pixel: before any analytics or advertising cookies are set, the site will ask for your consent via a cookie banner. Analytics cookies will be set only after you agree, and you will be able to change your choice at any time. This section will then list each tool, what it collects, and its retention period.
7. Your rights
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent for the mailing list at any time. Write to us via the contact form or Telegram @unicascents — we answer such requests directly, not with a form letter. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with its date.
